Individual & Young Adult Therapy

I offer individual therapy for young adults and adults who are navigating questions of identity, relationships and emotional life. Therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns that she how we relate to ourselves and others.

Young adulthood is often a time of transition, uncertainty, and profound change. Shifts in career, evolving identities, and changing relationship dynamics with friends, family, and intimate partners can feel disorienting or overwhelming. At times, people notice themselves caught in familiar relational or emotional patterns that no longer feel supportive, yet are difficult to shift.

My work with young adults and individuals focuses on creating a space where these experiences can be explored with care and curiosity. Together, we look at patterns in relationships, early life experiences, and the ways self-worth and identity have taken shape over time. This process can support a deeper sense of self-understanding, more authentic boundaries, and more connected and fulfilling relationships.
