Couple & Family Therapy

I offer couple and family therapy for those experiencing conflict, disconnection or strain in their relationships. This work provides a supportive space to slow down and understand one another more deeply.

Couples and families often come to therapy during times of conflict, disconnection, or emotional strain. These experiences can create painful and repetitive cycles—leaving people feeling misunderstood, lonely, or stuck in patterns of frequent arguments and withdrawal.

My work with couples and families focuses on gently slowing these cycles down so we can understand what is happening beneath the surface. By identifying the underlying emotions and relational patterns each person brings into the relationship, we begin to see how past experiences shape present dynamics. Through this deeper understanding, partners and family members can move toward greater empathy, connection, and emotional closeness.
