Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults in California who are navigating questions of identity, relationships and emotional life. This work can be especially helpful during periods of uncertainty, loss, or transition, when familiar ways of coping no longer feel supportive.

At different points in life, we may find ourselves facing periods of uncertainty, loss, or emotional difficulty. Even with insight and self-awareness, it can feel challenging to shift long-standing patterns or understand why certain struggles continue to re-emerge over time.

My work with individuals focuses on exploring these patterns in depth—including the ways early experiences, relationships, trauma, and internal narratives shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Therapy provides a space to develop greater self-understanding, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward more meaningful and connected ways of living.
